Error message: Unable to fetch data, please contact support

Issue: While navigating within the app an error message will display in a red callout box and prevent screens from loading.

Workaround: This generally occurs as a result of a Pendula tenant timing out.

Refreshing the page will prompt you to log back in, resolving this error.
