How to post a great feature idea
Pinned FeaturedFirstly, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback! We love to hear about how you're using Pendula or what we could do to improve your experience, and your input is what makes our product great.
We've created a few guidelines on submitting feedback, so our product team can understand your goals and effectively take your suggestions on board.
What to post here
This topic is for sharing ideas, improvements and feedback for Pendula. If you're experiencing a technical issue or wish to report a bug, please contact our Support team directly at pendula.com/support.
Search first
You might find your suggestion has already been made, in which case, give it a vote!
It will save you writing it up again and also let us know that more of our customers would like to see this feature come to life. If you'd like to build on a suggestion, write a reply in the thread; our team reads all the threads and we will see your comments.
What helps us to help you
Tell us your goals! The most effective feedback articulates the nature and scope of the problem you're looking to solve with a particular feature or suggestion.
- What problem does this solve?
- How would you like to see this solved?
- How do you currently work around the problem (if you can)?
- How does this impact you and your business?
What we use your feedback for
Our team reviews all your feedback as part of our product design and development process. On occasion, we might ask for clarification or more questions about your feedback, but we won't respond to every post. That doesn't mean we haven't seen it though, so don't be disheartened that we haven't replied.
What we don't do
While your feedback plays a large role in the planning that goes into our product, this forum is not our feature roadmap, and we won't be able to share timelines or specifics on when something might be built and released.
We'll try to be as transparent as we can, and if we know for sure that something is due for release, or that it has been addressed, we'll update the post to let you know (so you can follow the topics that are relevant to you)!
Finally, some rules
Please follow our community guidelines for posting.
This is a public forum and we want all our members (both internal Pendula staff and external customers) to feel safe, welcome, and able to share their feedback and ask questions. We don't like to remove comments but reserve the right to do so (along with your posting privileges) if these guidelines are ignored. Let's keep it professional and polite!
