Navigating to the Account screen allows you to view your subscription details.
Depending on your eligibility, some of these features may not be accessible to you.
How to access My Account
You can access this by click on the avatar icon within your Pendula tenant in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting Account.
View a summary of your account, such as: account details (number, balance) and payment details (last invoice date, payment date and amount).
View and download current and past invoices here.
View your ‘BillTo’ and ‘SoldTo’ details. ‘BillTo’ contact is the person who receives the payment invoices. ‘SoldTo’ contact is the person who purchased the Pendula subscription. If you need to update these fields, please contact your account manager.
Real-time usage details*
View how many units you’ve used across different communications, such as emails, SMS inbound and outbound.
View your subscription term, products and add-ons. If you want to make changes to this, please contact your account manager.
This feature is currently in beta, meaning fax and social messaging are shown as a product to some customers even though these are not actually in use. We can assure you this does not affect your subscription, and we’re working on fixing this in the next phase!
In the next phase, we’ll be enabling you to manage your subscription right in Pendula.
