This screen is only visible for Pendula tenants integrated to Zuora
The Accounts screen provides Zuora users with visibility of account information synced to Pendula, along with any experiences and messages related to bill to and sold to contacts associated with a specific account.

If your Pendula tenant is not integrated to Zuora, the Accounts tab will not be available.
To access the Accounts screen, simply click on the Accounts tab within your Pendula tenant.
From here, you'll be able to view a list of accounts synced from Zuora, including:
- Account Number
- Account Name
- Account Balance
- Last Invoiced Date
How to view specific account information
To view a single account, click on the Account Number, or the eye icon under the Actions column.
From here, you'll be able to view the following information regarding a specific account:
- Parent ID
- Account Balance
- Last Invoice
- Contact name (bill to)
- Contact name (sold to)
- Work email (bill to)
- Work email (sold to)
- Personal email (bill to)
- Personal email (sold to)
- Mobile (bill to)
- Mobile (sold to)
Additionally, you'll be able to see any experience and message records which relate to contacts associated with this account.
