Updated flow builder toolbox UI

Toolbox nodes are now much more descriptive, to make life easier for first-time and existing users.

Flows list sort and filter enhancements

Filter flows list by status, and sort by all columns including object, trigger, name and created date.

Click tracking in outbound emails!

Track clicks on outbound emails from the performance page. Ensure a link is selected as 'trackable' in the email template builder; then in the performance tab, view which links were clicked the most, and the click rate relative to the delivery rate.

Updated Event Flow trigger conditions UI

The 'On an event' flow trigger has been redesigned to be more intuitive. Current event flows will not be affected.

*BETA* Performance page ready for release!

The long-awaited performance page is here!

View delivered, bounced, clicked and opened data for emails, delivered for outbound SMS, and reply rates for inbound SMS. This feature is available as a beta release for all customers. Contact us to have performance metrics enabled in your tenant, and let us know what you think!

Bugs & improvements 🐛

  • Flows now only fetch the CRM fields needed for a flow when sending
  • 'Any/all' conditions are now more obvious for a user when building criteria
  • Stacked notification snackbars have been enabled in the UI - never miss an alert
  • Improved scheduled flow sending validation
  • Improved backend logging, including metrics to track outbound messages
  • The UI has been updated to consistently use 'Data source' rather than 'CRM' terminology throughout
  • Added a 'no filters applied' warning to the flow builder so users know if they have selected their whole customer base to send to
  • Fixed a bug where flow sequence was displaying incorrectly
  • Fixed a bug on the SMS → Reply node that displayed unavailable options
  • Fixed a couple of bugs causing issues with the 'refresh related objects' button
  • Fixed a bug where changing a scheduled flow from 'repeating' to 'one-off' did not clear the schedule end time
  • Fixed a bug with out-of-order audit log events in Salesforce Activity Sync
  • Fixed a bug that showed the incorrect callout when changing a template description
  • Fixed a bug that caused a blank screen when cloning flows
