Flow terminate (and pause)

You can now permanently stop or terminate running flows.

When an active flow is terminated:

  • Any active experiences within the flow will be stopped (they will not progress to the next node or action within the flow) and the experience status updated to Terminated

  • Any expected responses will no longer match to inbound SMS nodes within this flow.

  • The flow will not trigger based on any subsequent API callout, event or scheduled trigger conditions

Flow statuses are now much clearer as well - a flow that has never been activated will have a Draft status, while editing an active flow will update it to Paused.

The status of the flow is visible from the all flows list and the flow detail page.

Bugs & improvements 🐛

  • Template delete button now prompts an "Are you sure?" callout so you don't accidentally delete templates:

  • Template selector field has been updated to an autocomplete field to make it easier to search for your required templates:

  • 'Flow actions' menu on flow detail page has now been updated to match the 'All flows' list:

  • Performance date reports now autofill the timezone

  • SMS template builder now validates merge fields

  • Custom email settings are now shown on the Message detail record view in Pendula

  • 'Last opened' tooltip now shows the date on hover (same as the 'Last clicked' tooltip)

  • Fixed a bug where some inputs to the search bar (and other places), including ', threw errors in the UI

  • Fixed a bug where the Performance tab displays more experiences than Experiences tab (Performance tab still tracking 'blank' experiences)

  • Fixed a bug where the UI displays an error when a tenant has no messages

  • Fixed a bug that was truncating animated buttons in the UI

  • Fixed rate values (open, click, delivery, reply, etc) on the Performance page that were incorrectly calculating

  • Removed unsupported intervals from time period delay UI (month, year)

  • Fixed a bug where the opened email event node was not shown in flow path preview

  • Fixed a bug that allowed related objects that were in use to be deleted

  • Fixed a bug displaying the incorrect error for missing merge fields

  • Fixed a bug where the cancel button on canvas node forms did not validate correctly

  • Fixed a bug where template name came through as "undefined template" when cloning

  • Fixed a bug in the message table display that was cutting of message IDs
