The performance tab is currently a BETA feature, and not available to all users. Please contact the Pendula team if you would like this feature enabled.
The performance tab provides you with reporting and insightful data relevant to a particular flow from within your Pendula app.

Cards
Each conversation node within the flow will have a corresponding performance card that shows all delivery and engagement data for that node across all experiences of the flow.
Let's take a closer look at each one.
Flow summary card
This will always be displayed at the top, and provides you with an all-time summary of:
-
Total flow experiences
-
Complete experiences
-
Active experiences
-
Total sent SMS
-
Total received SMS
-
Total sent email (if email enabled for your Pendula app)
The flow summary card also provides a preview of the flow path, containing all of the nodes paths which have been configured within the flow builder.
Outbound SMS performance
There will be one card for each outbound SMS node used within the flow path during the selected time range.
This provides you with a summary of:
-
Number of times this has been sent
-
Clicking on the icon allows you to preview the contents of the SMS sent
Inbound SMS performance
There will be one card for each inbound node used within the flow path.
This provides you with a summary of:
-
The type of reply
-
How many replies matched to this node
-
The reply rate
-
The defined keywords or phrases within the node
Outbound email performance
Email is not enabled for all Pendula users.
There will be one card for each outbound email node used within the flow path.
This provides you with a summary of:
-
Email subject
-
Clicking on the allows you to preview the contents of the email sent
-
Delivered, bounced, unique opens and clicks of the email
-
Delivery rate
-
Open rate
-
Click rate (if tracked on the email template)
In order to report on click rates, you'll need to firstly specify which links you would like to track within your email template.
The node performance cards are displayed in the order of the corresponding node within the flow path, from left to right, top to bottom.
If you have previously edited the flow with different nodes or templates within the selected date range, there will be an additional node for each iteration to provide a breakdown of how many times each iteration of a node was sent.
Date range reports
By default, the performance summary and node display all-time data.
Above the flow summary card however, you can configure a date range report, to narrow your data to a specific time frame.
There are two types of report you can generate:
-
Experience report: See all-time data for experiences that triggered within the following date and time range
-
Performance report: See data for messages sent, messages received, clicks or opens that occurred within the following date and time range.
Depending on the date you are looking for, will determine which report will suit best.
Take for example, a flow consisting of an outbound SMS, a time delay node of ten days, and then a follow-up outbound SMS node.
Configuring an experience report for this flow will display all messages which have been sent for experiences triggered during your selected time frame, even if the SMS sent after the time delay of 10 days occurred outside of this time frame.
A performance report only measures key events which occurred within the selected time frame. For this reason, it would only display the SMS that were sent within this time.
