Each time a flow triggers for an individual record, it creates an experience with an Active
status.
An experience tracks the unique journey of a record (or recipient) as they progress through the nodes you have configured within a flow.
Once a record exits a flow or progresses through all of the configured nodes, the status of the experience is updated to Complete
.

How to view a single experience
The experience details screen provides two different ways to view the actions taken within a flow.
-
The Experience flow path tab essentially mirrors the nodes you linked together within the flow builder, and therefore outlines the actions taken for the specific contact this experience is regarding
-
The Events tab provides an alternate view of the actions taken within the Flow in tabulated form rather than displaying them as nodes
How to view messages within your experience
A flow can consist of one or many outbound and inbound nodes, the contents of which are individually represented as messages.
-
Under either the Experience flow path or Events tab of the experience details page, click on View Message for an outbound or inbound SMS node
-
The Message details screen provides you with an overview of the type, status, direction, date & time and related flow along with a Message Preview containing the contents of the SMS sent to the contact
You can also navigate directly to any messages by clicking on the Messages tab of your Pendula app.
