Templates form the content (or body) of messages sent from Pendula, and can be applied to one or many different flows.
Quick links:
When to use templates
While optional, templates are handy when you need to use the same message content regularly, saving you time on having to retype the same thing over and over again!
Templates also serve as a 'master' version, which you can apply to and then tweak further where needed at a flow level.
If you are only creating a template to be sent as a 'once-off' you can create it directly within the flow builder itself instead of making a separate template first.
Templates overview
You can navigate to the templates screen via the Templates tab on the top navigation bar.
From this screen you can create and manage any templates used within your Pendula tenant.
