The Pendula Salesforce app provides visibility of all messages sent and received via Pendula within your data source.
You can access the Pendula app via the Salesforce app launcher.
Visibility of the Pendula app is determined by the number of Pendula licences allocated to your Salesforce environment.

The navigation bar
The navigation bar is the easiest way to navigate between tabs within Salesforce.

Let's take a closer look at each of these tabs in more detail.
Messages
All outbound and inbound messages sent from Pendula are synced to Salesforce as Message records, containing relevant information such as the contents of the message and the mobile phone number or email address it was sent to.

Message Events
Message event records track key events for a particular message, such as when an SMS was confirmed as successfully sent or when an email is updated as opened or clicked.

Message Recipients
Contact, lead or user records that match a message sent to or from Pendula are created as related message recipients records.

Launch Pendula
Clicking on this tab will automatically open the standalone Pendula app for you (in a new browser window), which is used to create and manage all of your automated communications.
Pendula Settings
This tab controls settings specific to the Pendula Salesforce app, such as activity history and which objects message recipient records should be created for.

Inbox
Occasionally a recipient will respond back to an SMS with a question or unexpected response. when this occurs a new inbox record is created so that you can easily manage exceptions using the Pendula Console.
