In order to fully integrate Pendula to your Salesforce environment and enable use of the Console and Inbox, there are number of components which need to be installed and configured.
The Pendula Support team will assist with deployment and configuration of your Salesforce environment during your implementation kick-off. Additionally, we can provide you with installation guides if you will be self-implementing Pendula.
Each Salesforce environment will require (at a minimum) the following installed:
This is the Pendula managed package with the
Ziplinenamespace. The most recent version is 6.1
This package extension provides the required visibility connection with your Pendula tenant and has the
Pendulanamespace. The most recent version is 1.7
This package extension provides a number of updates and enhancements including the Inbox for managing exceptions and has the
Pendula_Extnnamespace. The most recent version is 1.1
Additionally, the following package extensions are relevant to Salesforce environments using Pendula in conjunction with either Lumary or Skedulo for rostering and workforce management:
Pendula for Lumary Sessions
This package extension contains the relevant components to trigger Pendula flows based on functionality within Lumary Sessions and has the
PendulaLumarynamespace. The most recent version is 1.0
Pendula for Skedulo
This package extension contains the relevant components to trigger Pendula flows based on functionality within Skedulo and has the
PendulaSkedulonamespace. The most recent version is 1.0
Existing Pendula customers may have slightly different package versions of configuration depending on when Pendula was initially deployed to their Salesforce environment.
