In order to fully integrate Pendula to your Salesforce environment and enable use of the Console and Inbox, there are number of components which need to be installed and configured.
The Pendula Support team will assist with deployment and configuration of your Salesforce environment during your implementation kick-off. Additionally, we can provide you with installation guides if you will be self-implementing Pendula.

Each Salesforce environment will require (at a minimum) the following installed:

Existing Pendula customers may have slightly different package versions of configuration depending on when Pendula was initially deployed to their Salesforce environment.
